Palina Sharenda-Panasyuk fined for 770 thousand rubles
Palina notes that the court’s decision is political.
Brest Lenin District Court has fined civil activist Palina Sharenda-Panasyuk for 22 base amounts. 20 base amounts - for disobedience to the police and 2 – for unauthorized actions. Two corresponding protocols were drawn up against Palina in the police office, informs Radio Liberty.
Palina Sharenda-Panasyuk was detained for pasting posters in support of political prisoners and hoisting the Belarusian national flag. She is also accused of resistance to the police.
