PACE's session starts in Strasbourg

It is expected that Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron, President of Finland Tarja Kaarina Halonen, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Organization Michelle Bachelet and others will speak for the PACE members. 

It is planned to discuss the Belarusian issue on January 25. PACE's Rapporteur on the situation in Belarus Andres Herkel will report before the members of the Council of Europe. The report of representative of the PACE's committee on legal issues and human rights, German Bundestag member Marieluise Beck will also be presented at the session, reports BelaPAN.
