No salaries for 2 months in "Polatsk" football club

The general manager of "Polatsk FC" Dzmitry Vasileuski says that there have always been troubles with salaries, but the current situation can be called a catastrophe.
“The nearest game in the Cup of Belarus against "Homel", which is scheduled on Wednesday, will take place. Then we will figure something out. The current situation is very complicated, sponsors cannot help us at the moment, we have nowhere to take money from. We are expecting that something will be solved at the local authorities' level, whether they will support us or not”.
"Polatsk" is now at the 9th place out of 16 teams in the first league. "Baranavichy" occupies the last place with one point. Although they do pay salaries in "Baranavichy", the players receive just 600-700 thousand roubles. It is not surprising that they obtained just one point in ten games.
The chief coach Andrej Kipra says there had not been enough players even to apply for half of the games which they already played. There were only 3 substitute players at the away game in Polatsk - even the club's administrator went out to the pitch.
