Supreme Court to consider Milinkevich's case today

Let us remind you, the election commission stated that the reason for refusal was invalidity of 15% of signatures, collected by Milinkevich's team. On August 30, the central Elections Committee withdrew pretensions to his tax declarations but confirmed that more than 15% of signatures were invalid.

Alyaksandr Milinkevich has said the following in an interview to Euroradio:

"We collected enough signatures. All of them were valid. We checked it very carefully. Non-registration was a question of reasonability. It is not reasonable for the authorities to hold reforms, they want to preserve the situation".

According to the information provided by the web-site
pyx.by, the Supreme Court may consider the politician's appeal in the beginning of next week.

Let us remind you, yesterday the Supreme Court made Victar Tsyareshchanka a candidate. Both the district commission and the CEC denied him in registration before. Now the ex-presidential candidate will run for deputy of the House of Representatives in the Sharkaushchyna electoral district No. 92.
