Journalists and picketers rudely detained in Minsk (VIDEO)
The picket was organized by "Zmena" - the youth affiliate of the campaign "Tell the Truth!".
The picket was held in the constituency where opposition parties and organizations are boycotting the election, Andrei Dzmitryyeu told Euroradio. The picket was organized by activists of "Zmena" - Pavel Vinahradau and Alyaksandr Artsybashau. They were treating passers-by to borsch implying Lidziya Yarmoshyna's well-known statement.
Photographers Vasil Fyadosenka, Syarhei Hryts, cameraman Alyaksandr Barazenka, journalist Tatstsyana Zyankovich (EPA) and German journalists have been detained. According to some reports, Syarhei Hryts' glasses were broken during the detention.
