"Jolly Roger" hoisted on cruiser "Aurora"
Operation of rescuing of two unknown people who climbed onto the mast of the cruiser "Aurora" was completed on Sunday night.
"Interfax" correspondent has informed that rescuers took two youngsters off the mast of the famous Russian cruiser at about 20.40 (Belarusian time) on Sunday and handed them in to the police.
The youngsters hoisted a pirate flag "Jolly Roger" at the mast, and the representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations had to take it off. When the police were convoying the activists out of the cruiser, their adherents chanted "Freedom!". The youngsters claimed that their action was a protest against the government's policy.
