Fines for "Kupalle" celebration in Bialynichy
Four "Kupalle" participants were fined for 4 mln 160 thousand Br in total
Homel inhabitant Siarhej Barysenka was fined for 35 thousand Br. Minsker Aliaksandr Siauruk got the biggest fine - 1 million 750 thousand roubles. Volha Siauruk and Pavel Karatkevich were fined for 875 thousand Br each, Vital Karatkevich - for 700 thousand. The act of administrative offence was executed against Ihar Simbirau, but there was no corresponding protocol.
Let us remind you, on Friday, June 24 about 30 activists got together near the village Huta in Bialynichy district to celebrate the national holiday "Kupalle". This was the 11th time when they organized festive events of the kind. The authorities sent a riot police bus to disperse the celebration.
The youngsters were accused of breaking fire safety rules. Besides, the activists were dispersed not even in the forest. Police and fire resquers had no questions to the people who rested in the forest.
