EU's decision on Belarus published
Let us remind you, the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU countries took a political decision to expand the Belarusian "black list" by 21 people.
Surnames of 19 judges and prosecutors, as
well as 2 police officers, who will be prohibited to enter the territory of the
EU and whose assets will be frozen, will be revealed on February 29. The
official document, approved yesterday by the ministers, has been published at
the European
Union's official web-site. The document,
apart from everything else, states that the persons who are added to the
"black list" are responsible for "suppression of the civil
society and the democratic opposition in Belarus".
Let us remind you,
the EU's foreign ministers will discuss the list of businessmen and companies
which can also get to the "black list" in March.
