Donald Tusk: Bo help for Belarusian regime without dialogue with opposition

The Polish democratization experience of the 1980s was discussed at the meeting. They also discussed the international assistance to Belarus. The Polish Prime Minister claimed that the possible financial assistance to Belarus would depend on changes in the country. According to Donald Tusk, a dialogue with the opposition is one of the main terms for it. Alyaksandr Milinkevich, Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu, Anatol Lyabedzka, Stanislau Shushkevich, Syarhei Kalyakin and Alyaksei Yanukevich took part in the meeting.
