The document will be presented for further consideration at the meeting of the CIS Prime Ministers in Minsk in May.
According to the CIS Executive Committee, the document is aimed at trade liberalization between the CIS member states. The agreement about the free trade zone should replace the system of relations established between the CIS member states now. The agreement is supposed to reduce the number of goods import duties are imposed on, informs a reporter of RIA Novosti.
