BSEU graduate: I borrowed a dress for graduation from a friend"
The guy came to receive his diploma in a dress and with a scalp lock because "he had to play some trick".
Yury admits that the idea of wearing a women's dress was ... silly! Euroradio has found the guy who shocked the BSEU administration with his looks.
“The idea is silly as a man in a dress looks out of place. But I had to play some trick for the last time before getting kicked out of the university. It was a good reason to giggle and it was a success for those who have a sense of humour", - says the graduate of the economic faculty of BSEU.
Graduation
Everyone started smiling at first, recalls Yury. But then it was not at all funny as the university administration had problems", - complains Yury.
“They say that the dean has problems now and that the Ministry of Education is looking for me. It was not directed against the dean or any teachers, I did not want to offend anyone. But something went wrong", - complains Yury.
The guy did not buy the dress in a boutique - he borrowed it from a female friend.
“We chose the one that suited me - everything was okay. Some people called me a fool. Others said that it was cool. You have to wear your mother's dress to make everyone angry", - smiles Yury.
Euroradio has found out that the guy is "an office plankton" now and he is hoping that his graduation trick will not scare clients away.
Yury: “I do papaperwork and work with people. I do not think that my clients will experience any psychological shock if they see the picture on the Internet".
Yury had C's and had to resit when he was a student because "a person with a scalp lock could hardly be an A-student".
Yury: “I did not live in the hostel. It was not like "I will wear a dress to take revenge for five years of offense". I paid for my education”.
Yury's dean's office called the deed disgusting. They did not like their graduate's "zebra" dress.
“Of course it is disgusting. We would not have let him go to the stage if we had noticed it earlier. But we gave him his diploma. We did not impose any sanctions on him", - reassured the dean's office.
Yury is surprised at the fact that the story about his dress and his photo are being distributed on the Internet now.
