Belarusian Nationalists' Congress prepared to take place in Spring 2012
A group of democratic activists from Mahileu has come up with such initiative.
They explain the necessity to hold such congress by the fact that there is a discrimination of Belarusian-speaking population, and also a threat to the Belarusian independence, reports Radio Liberty.
Protection of national culture will be one of the key issues at the congress. The initiators will also discuss opening of Belarusian-language educational establishments.
The action is planned to be conducted in Minsk. However, there are other variants too. The congress might take place also outside Belarus in the places historically connected with the destiny of our country.
