Belarus faces "great Ambassadors' departure"
Many ambassadors will leave our country soon. This time their departure is connected with the planned rotation.
The rotation will touch the diplomatic missions of Germany, the USA, Lithuania, Hungary and possibly some other countries, informs the internet edition "Tovarisch-online".
The personnel changes in a number of Embassies may bring hopes or illusions that there might be normalization of relations between the West and the official Minsk, political observer Raman Yakauleuski thinks.
However, according to some information, the upcoming rotation of the ambassadors will not cover only the Western diplomatic missions. It is not excluded that he Russian Ambassador to Minsk will also change. There are rumours that the FSB General Sergey Stepashin - the current Head of the Audit Chamber of Russia - will replace Alexander Surikov.
