54 candidates present programme promising wages of $1000

Experts started working on the so-called "People's Programme" in 2010. They worked actively in 2011. The parliamentary election-2012 has given a chance to present the programme to people. 54 candidates including 33 BPF and 21 independent ones will present it, explains deputy head of the campaign "For Freedom" Yuras Hubarevich.

The programme contains suggestions about the pension system reform, demographic and housing policy, education, freedom of speech, privatisation and modernisation. Still, not a single candidate presenting the programme to people knows  what elected MP will do with the suggestions.

The authors of the "People's Programme" cannot predict whether candidates will be able to bring the programme to the Oval Hall. How they are sure that it will still exist after the election and will even manage to unite the democratic forces!

Are the democratic forces planning to use the "people's programme" for the presidential election-2015? - wondered Euroradio. Yuras Hubarevich's answer was cautious.

Yuras Hubarevich: “There needs to be a mechanism of promotion of a single candidate, a group of people who could become such candidates and a message. We would like the  work of the campaign "Poeple's Programme" to be used by such a single opposition candidate".

They keep working on the "People's Programme". Anyone can leave a message on a special website and express their "expert" opinions. However, the authors are expecting representatives of the authorities to join the discussion in the first place, noted Aleh Lahvinets, member of the coordination council of the campaign "People's Programme".
