Refinance rate down to 23.5 per cent since June 10

Previously, the refinance rate made 25% annually. This is the fourth decrease this year, the last one happened on May 15.


The National Bank explains its decision by the fact that "favourable situation" preserves at the internal market, alongside with the tendency "for slowing down the inflation and reduction of inflation expectations".
 

Refinance rate defines the percentage rates of the credits that commercial banks provide to the population and legal entities.
