Rally in honor of Belarus military victory over Moscow to take place in Warsaw

A street rally will take place on September 7 in Warsaw on the eve of the Day of Belarusian Military Glory.  Patriotic forces in Belarus traditionally mark the anniversary since the famous battle near Orsha on September 8, 1514 when the forces of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania led by Kanstantsin Astrozhski defeated the Moscow army.

Anatol, one of the organizers, tells to the European Radio for Belarus about the planned action:

"The Belarusians who live or currently study here will gather and march from the De Gaule Monument to the memorial sign of Bulak-Bulachowicz".

The action will take place on Sunday at noon. Organizers hope that at least 50 people will participate.
