Public figures demand to reinstate Ivan Shyla at school

Prominent public and cultural figures as well as opposition politicians have signed a joint appeal in defense of Ivan Shyla, a schoolboy from Salihorsk, who was evicted on trumped-up pretext. The letter will be filed with the office of Belarusian education minister Uladzimir Radzkou and the local officials in Salihorsk, reports the press office of Youth Front. The undersigned demand to reinstate Ivan Shyla as well as school headmaster Volha Syankova and deputy headmaster Alena Semchankova and to stop putting pressure on other teachers.
