Political prisoner Frantskevich to live under police control

The police will control political prisoner Alyaksandr Frantskevich after he is released. His mother told it to Radio Racija. They will supervise him for a month or a month and a half and he will have to stay in Navapolatsk during this period.

The woman does not think that her son will find a job in the district centre. However, he has his old job in Minsk where “it will be a bit easier”.

Alyaksandr Frantskevich was imprisoned for 3 years in May 2011. He was accused of numerous attacks on state institutions and of hacking the website of Navapolatsk City Executive Committee. He pled not guilty in court.

Human rights defender announced Frantskevich a political prisoner and demanded to release him as soon as possible.
