Political prisoner Andrei Klimau sends message to outside
A political prisoner Andrei Klimau has sent a message from Mazyr colony. It was addressed to the leader of the United Democratic Party Anatol Laybedzka. Klimau wrote about his acclimatization in Mazyr where he is quarantined now.
Laybedzka informed ERB about the contents of the rare message from Klimau:
“He remains calm and confident. He is a person who cannot be broken by imprisonment… He sent greetings to everyone and wrote that his principles and attitude had not changed and would not change and that he regretted nothing”.
Now Klimau has caught a cold and feels bad, informed Anatol Laybedzka.
Let us remind you that Anrei Klimau was sentenced to two years of imprisonment in a high security colony on August 1 for an article printed on the Internet. It was said that the article contained appeals to overthrow the existing regime. Klimau already 5 years behind bars once.
