Policeman fined for stealing computer in Pinsk District
The thief of a computer from a village school was found in Pinsk District.
The police were looking for the criminal among the local population and it turned out to be a policeman. He was on duty at Gryukavichy School during the previous elections. Witnesses said he had become interested in the computer there.
The policeman entered the school through a window on the night of March 4 (on the eve of the Police Day) and stole the PC.
The court fined the former policeman for 1 million 550 thousand BRB. The fact that he had never had convictions before and cooperated with investigators was taken into account.
