Poland postpones introduction of euro till 2015

Poland will not switch to euro before 2015. The Minister of Finance Jacek Rostowski has claimed it.
Thus, he has refuted the initial statement of representatives of the government who claimed that euro would be introduced in 2012.

Unlike the Prime Minister, the Polish President Lech Kaczyński is one of the main adherents of joining the euro zone in 2014 or 1015.
According to him, an early introduction of euro may produce a negative effect on the welfare of the Polish people, informs “Interfax-West”.
