Pinsk Court decides that waving is not a violation

Pinsk Court has acquitted an entrepreneur Alyaksandr Vasiliyeu. Let us remind you that the activist of the entrepreneurs’ movement was detained on the eve of March 25 and accused of hooliganism. However, the administrative case was closed due to the fact that policemen failed to make an official protocol of the detention.

Policemen corrected the protocol at the beginning of April and sent it to court. They said that Alyaksandr Vasiliyeu was waving his hands and using bad language thus violating the civil order.

However, policemen were confused during the interrogation and the judge closed the case because there was no corpus delicti. At the same time it was noted that waving was not a violation.

Interestingly, it is the fourth suit the Pinsk activist gains during the first half of this year.
