Navapolatsk taxi driver murder suspects arrested

  Police in Navapolatsk have arrested two men suspected of having murdered a taxi driver ten days before.
According to the police, the two men flagged down the taxi and told the driver to take them out of the city. They beat up and strangled the driver, traveled to Smolensk, Russia, and sold his vehicle. Both suspects aged 19 and 25 have a criminal record.
