National Bank of Belarus reports increase in gold and currency reserves

The National Bank of Belarus has reported an increase in gold and currency reserves. As of November 1, they amounted to $ 8 billion 147.1 million (this is the best figure in 2023). Over the month the gold and currency reserves of the Republic of Belarus increased by $222.1 million. The increase in October was mainly due to the rise in gold prices.

In September there was a decrease of more than $66 million.

Gold reserves at the end of 2023 should be at least $6 billion. The same figure has been set for 2024.
