MP: Belarusians’ real income to increase by 1.5% in 2015

The budget of 2015 will be adopted in the House of Representatives on December 1. Deputy head of the commission of labour and social protection Larysa Bahdanovich has met journalists before the meeting.

The expenses on social protection will increase a bit in comparison with 2014, she said. The wages, scholarships and pensions will also be increased, Bahdanovich noted. Journalists asked her whether the inflation would make the increase unnoticed:

Bahdanovich: “The increase and the inflation rate are close. We are hoping that they will stay at this level and then the inflation will not consume this increase. The real wages may increase even in salaries, scholarships and pensions by up to 1.5%.”
