Minsk schoolgirls steal “at house parties”
Minsk Central District Department of the Interior has started a criminal case against two 14-year-old schoolgirls.
The girls were in the flat of a 32-year-old Libyan when they stole a purse that contained $170, 70 euro and Br15 thousand. The girls were interrogated, obliged to give a written undertaking to return and let off.
Leninski District Department of the capital has also started a criminal case against a 14-year-old girl. She stole a cell phone and a cash card from the flat of a 29-year-old Minsker on February 1. The detained was delivered to the confinement cell.
