Ministry of Justice refuses to register “Tell the Truth” association
The reason for the refusal was an “irremovable” violation.
One of the founders of the association “Tell the Truth”, Syarhei Vaznyak, has informed Euroradio that their registration appeal was refused on August 22. Alena Kirychenka, deputy head of the non-commercial organizations department of the Ministry of Justice, noted that the applicants had not presented documents about the ownership of the office where the legal address of “Tell the Truth” was situated. In the official’s opinion, the violation was “irremovable” and the registration appeal had to be refused.
