Mikalai Ladutska is asked to allow gay pride in Minsk
The action is appointed for the beginning of December.
The LGBT-community has sent an appeal to the head of Minsk City Executive Committee drawing attention to the fact that not a single authorized gay action had been held in Minsk since 1999 (not counting an anti-homophobia picket two years ago). Ladutska was asked to allow “a public action in support of tolerance to the LGBT-community Minsk Gay-Pride 2013”.
