Market vendors to go on strike next Wednesday
A working group at the Ministry of Economy gathered on Friday to review the problems associated with sole entrepreneurs, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi.
However, no representatives of entrepreneurs were present at the meeting, because their leaders were sentenced to 10-15 days of arrest after the December 10 protest rally.
On Wednesday, December 19, entrepreneurs plan to stage an all-out strike to demand the abolition of the president's decree which bans entrepreneurs from hiring people other than close relativesі.
Besides, entrepreneurs cannot hire more than three employees.
