A mall to be built near Minsk

A mall will appear not far from Minsk. “BellSwissBank” has invested money into it, informs the head of the Architecture and town-planning committee of Minsk City Executive Committee Victar Nikitsin. Nikitsin: "There is an idea to build a mall. It will consist of two parts. The first part will consist of small shops and boutiques and there will be a hotel and a huge shop like a hypermarket in the second part”.
The mall will be situated 23 kilometers away from Minsk ring road.
