Majority of Belarusian believers live in Hrodna Region
The majority of Belarusian believers live in Hrodna Region. According to the results of a research of the religious situation in the region and in the country conducted by sociologists, 9 out of 10 Hrodna inhabitants identify themselves with some creed.
Moreover, while 9 out of 10 inhabitants of the region identify themselves with a certain creed because of their parents, 65.5% of people say that they believe in God, reports “Narodnaya Hazeta”.
