Lukashenka wants better relations with Poland

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenka said on Tuesday that "the problems of the Belarus-Polish relations could be resolved through a positive dialogue on the basis of mutual respect and equality and non-interference with partner's internal affairs".
Lukashenka said this in a statement when receiving credentials from Poland's new ambassdor in Minsk, Genrych Litvin. “There are many spheres where we have common interests: trade, investments, tourism. It is up to Poland what relations between our countries will look like," Lukashenka stressed.
