Leader of “Young Democrats” warned about regime violation
The head of a youth organization of the United Civil party “Young Democrats” Mihas Pashkevich has been pronounced a warning for the violation of the regime of restraint of liberty.
The website of a human rights centre “Vyasna”, Pashkevich delayed at work a bit on March 5. He arrived home 20 minutes later than he had to due to transport problems. It was the reason for the warning.
Minsk Central District Court sentenced Mihas Pashkevich to two years of restraint of liberty last year. He was one of the participants of “the case of 14”. It means that he has to stick to a certain regime. Three violations of the regime will be enough to start a criminal case for evasion of the sentence.
Let us remind you that another participant of “the case of 14”, member of Malady Front Artsyom Dubski, was accused of this violation on March 3.
