Investigation of Vaukavysk entrepreneurs’ case prolonged again

The investigation of the case of Vaukavysk entrepreneurs Mikalai Autuhovich, Yury Lyavonau and Uladzimir Asipenka has been prolonged again. The exact term is not clear. Autuhovich’s lawyer Pavel Sapelka has informed BelaPAN about it.
Let us remind you that activists of the entrepreneurs’ movement Autuhovich, Lyavonau and Asipenka were detained on February 8. All the three are in Minsk confinement cell #1 now. They were accused of deliberate damage or destruction of property on February 18. Autuhovich was also announced to be a suspect in illegal activities with weapons and ammunition in June.

Asipenka has been on a hunger strike since April 16 and demanded to send the case to court as soon as possible or to change the measure of detention for all the detained to a written undertaking not to leave the country. The detained entrepreneur has already lost more than 20 kilos of weight.
