Housing ministry disagrees with Lukashenka

Ministry of Housing and Utilities claims the figure is about 30%. This was announced by the head of the Housing and Utilities Ministry Andrei Ramashka during a press conference. 

Ramashka: "Now the population pays 30% of the public services' provision cost. We plan for the figure to reach 35% by the end of the year."

The official also said that utility bills cannot go up by more than $5 a year and added that they should be indexed according to the average salary in the country.
