FM Makei in Hungary: Belarus has more programmers than USA and India
Belarusian programmers are considered to be one of the best in the world, Belarus' Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei said during his official visit to Budapest. According to Makei, Belarus is even ahead of such countries as the United States and India when it comes to the number of programmers per capita. The minister also talked about modernization of Belarusian enterprises which manufacture high-tech products and mentioned the construction of the first ever nuclear power plant.
