Five districts of Homel Region affected by heavy wind
The heavy wind that blew in Homel Region on June 11 damaged five districts: Lelchytsy, Petrykau, Kastrychnitski, Rechytsa and Zhlobin. BelaPAN informs that the wind left 102 inhabited localities without electricity. The electric supply was resumed in almost all villages by the morning of June 12.
Lelchytsy District was affected most. The wind destroyed the slate roofing of several farms and more than 10 private houses. Other loses are still being reported.
