EU and U.S. politicians to discuss situation in Belarus on February 4
An international conference where the situation in Belarus is going to be discussed will take place in Vilnius on February 4.
Lithuanian MEP Laima Andrikienė, a member of the EP Delegation for relations with Belarus and the vice chairperson of the human rights commission has told it in an interview with Euroradio.
Laima Andrikienė: “As far as I know, I will be the only representative of the European Parliament there. However, experts, journalists and representatives of the U.S. Senate will arrive there. Politicians, diplomats, journalists from the other EU member states and representatives of our region will attend it”.
