Entrepreneurs in Homel denied permission to stage a rally

The authorities in Homel have rejected for the second time an application from local entrepreneurs to stage a rally on October 22.
The first application was rejected back in September, reports Belapan.

The persmission was denied on the grounds that entrepreneurs "are unable to ensure medical safety for the rally's particiants, the public order and the cleaning of the territory".

The action's organizers aimed to invite the officials from the revenue authority and the economy department at Homel City Hall "in order to join efforts so that to understand the novel tax regulations for small-size businesses".
