Early vote began differently but ended similarly

Candidate for a seat on the Minsk City Council Dzianis Tsikhanenka photographed the protocols on the first and last day of early voting. There are nine polling stations in his Asanaliyeva constituency in Minsk. Both the protocols from the first and last day of early voting are available from six out of the nine polling stations in the constituency.

The way how early voting started was not the same at every polling station. The number of early voters varied greatly from station to station. For instance, at the polling station No 1 only 72 voters out of approximately 2440 (2.95%) cast their ballots early. At the polling station No 7, 405 (14.7%) out of 2740 voted earlier than Election Day. To prove that the latter number is simply incredible, Dzianis even decided to vote early too.

However, the results of early voting turned out to be somewhat similar. Between 32% (the lowest at the polling station No 8) and 37.1% (the highest at the polling station No 5) voted early.
