Minsk's Planeta hotel director commits suicide
Hotel Planet director has reportedly jumped out of the window from the 8th floor.
The Investigation Committee has set up a commission that will try to define the cause of death, BelTA reports.
The death of the director of the hotel is being investigated now. The main version is suicide, but other versions are also being considered.
Valery Ahirenka was the director of the hotel. Planeta belongs to the President’s Administration.
Ahirenka died after policemen in bullet-proof vests had come to him, a witness told Radio Liberty. “The policemen said that ‘everything was covered with blood in his flat and that he had cut his wrists’,” the woman said.
