Detention of journalists at "Chernobyl Way" action - new circumstances revealed
Henadz Barbarych and Ales Yarashevich will stand trial in the Savetski district court of Minsk at 10 a.m.
Euroradio's correspondent Artsyom Martynovich reports on-the-spot that about 10 people have gathered near the court building. The circumstances of the journalists' detention have been revealed. They were detained on April 26 after the "Chernobyl Way" action in close proximity to the Savetski district police department. Most likely, the journalists were doing their job trying to find out what happened to the detained participants of the action.
Euroradio reminds, the journalists are charged with disobedience to the police's legal demands.
