Court does not allow the claim of organizers of “Charnobylski Shlyah” against City Executive Committeev
Maskouski District Court of Minsk has not allowed the claim of organizers of “Charnobylski Shlyah” against the City Executive committee.
One of the action’s organizers, member of BNF Yury Zyankovich, has informed about it. Let us remind you that the organizers complained about the City Executive Committee’s decision to allow “Charnobylski Shlyah-2007” in the capital on condition that its route and place are changed.
The city authorities allowed conducting a manifestation from the Academy of Sciences along Surganova Street till Bangalor Square and a meeting in the park from 8 p.m. till 10 p.m. Organizers think that the decision was illegal because the place of the meeting was changed without having settled it down with the organizers.
