Aliaksandr Lukashenka met with head of the State Property Control Committee of the CPR State Council Xiao Ya Zin on August 1.

The 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two states is marked this year, Lukashenka reminded. “Our contacts are intense and we have reached an unprecedented level of partnership between Minsk and Beijing,” the President’s press service quotes Lukashenka as saying.

China is Belarus’ strategic partner, the Belarusian president stressed.

Military industry enterprises may become residents the China-Belarus industrial Park Big Stone. The enhancement of military and technical cooperation is one of the ways to increase cooperation, Lukashenka said.

"It is possible and would be good to create high-tech enterprises of the military and industrial complex in the park. They can be joint ventures or only Chinese. Chinese corporations should come to this park,” the Belarusian leader noted.

Representatives of several Chinese corporations - mostly the shareholders and residents of the park - attended the meeting with the president.
