Chinese Embassy to Minsk gets ready for influx of Belarusian tourists
Chinese Embassy to Belarus is ready for an influx of Belarusian tourists in connection with the coming Olympic Games that will take place in 2008.
305 Belarusian citizens visited China last year. And 410 Belarusian tourists went there only during the first six months of this year. According to the Chinese Ambassador to Belarus U Hunbin, diplomatic representatives “are getting ready in the physical and psychological sense”.
A new visa hall has been built on the territory of the Embassy in Minsk. The Chinese Embassy gave out more than 3 thousand visas for Belarusian citizens in 2006 and it is planning to issue more than 4 thousands this year.
