Belarus's Uladzimir Ignatsik enters professional tennis rating

Belarus's Uladzimir Ignatsik has appeared for the first time in the new rating of the Association of Professional Tennis Players, published on November 5, reports Belapan. He gained his first points in the adult professional tennis at the recent futures in the U.S. where he advanced to the semi-finals. Having З,859 points, Ignatsik has become the third best tennis player of Belarus.

Ignatsik has displayed a great performance this season, winning several juniors' tournaments and advancing to the Wimbldon finals and US Open quarter-finals.

Belarus's best tennis player Max Mirnyi has slided down to 155th place from 124th position last week. Uladzimir Valchkou is 468th, while Uladzimir Ignatsik is 859th.
