Belarusians to fight for right to hold world hockey championship in Zurich
A presentation of the Belarusian application for the right to hold the World Hockey Championship-2014 will take place in Zurich on March 17. A member of the Council of the International Hockey Federation and the head of the application committee Ernest Alyanchich paying an official visit to Minsk has claimed it.
Let us remind you that Czechia, Latvia, Hungary and Ukraine are going to apply for this right together with Belarus. The decisive voting will take place at a congress of the International Hockey Federation in two months. Ernest Alyanchich has come to Belarus to assess its readiness to host the competition. Furthermore, he has helped Belarusians to prepare their application for the presentation.
