The man is about 30 years old. A bullet hit his heart near Grushevski Street. His name is already known but the information has not been revealed to journalists.
Two people were reported dead earlier. The other person was also shot down.
It is known that Belarusians have been participating in Kiev protests since the beginning. However, the information that one of the casualties is a Belarusian citizen has not been officially confirmed yet.
