Belarusian and Russian suspected of forging documents in India
The Indian police have arrested a Belarusian and Russian on suspicion of forging documents. If they are returned guilty, they may be imprisoned for up to 10 years, reports “Gazeta.ru”. They were detained on Monday. Seals of the head of the district police of Andhra Pradesh state and of the police commissioner of Bangalore were found on the men. A printer, scanner, digital camera and a notebook were confiscated from them. Furthermore, policemen say that they have found the correspondence of the detained revealing their actions.
According to the police, the criminals used to produce forged residence permits that allowed staying in India for a year. Their main clients were citizens of Italy, France and Russia.
