Substantive
talks on Belarus' entry into
the World Trade Organization (WTO) may begin in 2009, said Alejaro Jara, deputy
director general of the WTO, at the Belarus Investment Forum currently under
way in London, Russia's Nezavisimaya Gazeta
reported on Wednesday.
